A soft, fluffy, oven-baked flatbread made from refined wheat flour (maida), yogurt, and a touch of butter or ghee. Traditionally cooked in a tandoor (clay oven), it has a slightly chewy texture with a golden, blistered surface. Perfect for scooping up curries or enjoying on its own.
